I’ve been working in my classroom all week. I keep telling myself, one more day and then I won’t go in the rest of the week. Well…tomorrow is Thursday and guess what? I’m going in again tomorrow. I’m really going to try and not go in much next week. We start the following week.
I wanted to go ahead and give you a couple sneak peek pictures of my classroom. I am not finished yet, but I have really been giving my Silhouette Cameo a workout the last couple of days.
I haven’t had a classroom door in years, so when I saw this idea, I had to add it to my to do list. I have heard that you can purchase this “hello” and “goodbye” vinyl on Etsy, but I just made my own. {This particular font is called Sacramento.}
I also wanted to share my obsession with Lakeshore Learning. I have always loved looking at their resources in the magazines that come in the mail, but then last year, one opened in Indianapolis and I entered Teacher Heaven. They have SO many wonderful, high quality teaching products!
While in Vegas this year for I Teach 1st, I was fortunate enough to go to dinner with some of the heads of Lakeshore and I fell even more in love with the company. They truly have a mission to help teachers and students!
I just received these awesome tubs from Lakeshore and I can’t wait to put them to use in my classroom.
They are just so pretty!
I am also dying to have this easel, since my new classroom doesn’t have an easel. Sadsville! I think I will be writing a Donors Choose project soon!
Lakeshore is having a Back to School Sale now through August 31st with doorbuster deals at 50% off! You will also want to check out these coupons!
Do you have a favorite Lakeshore product?
My lesson planner!
I have that very easel. I just got it over the summer. I have a lot of the Lakeshore Learning materials. I have almost ordered all of this years catalogue for our after-school program.
They have such great quality stuff! Love their catalog! It's like the Christmas catalog for teachers!
Your desk looks amazing with those polka dots! I have a Cricut (that I've had for ages) but really want to do all this vinyl stuff that I'm seeing everywhere… Is it easy to use?

I LOVE ME SOME LAKESHORE. I used my tax refund and a 25% coupon to get an easel for this year. I'm sooo excited to break it in! Definitely go for Donors Choose for it, though 🙂
